At Willow Creek Community Church, we believe excellence in hospitality helps remove barriers so people can encounter Jesus. We're looking for a Hospitality Operations Manager who loves building systems, organizing people & tasks, and turning vision into reality.


In this role, you'll provide the operational backbone for Hospitality & Events across all Willow campuses. From coordinating weekend experiences and holiday environments to managing ministry systems and supporting our staff teams, you'll ensure every detail supports a warm, welcoming, and Christ-centered experience for every guest.


What You'll Do
  • Support operational planning and project management for Hospitality & Events.
  • Build and improve systems that help our campuses execute ministry with excellence.
  • Manage ministry data, workflows, and hospitality processes through Rock and other platforms.
  • Equip volunteers and staff with the resources they need to serve effectively.
  • Partner with ministry leaders to create engaging weekend and holiday experiences.
Requirements:

  • Highly organized and passionate about operational excellence.
  • A collaborative, systems-minded leader who enjoys solving problems.
  • Energized by supporting the ministry through administration and project management of multiple initiatives and ministry strategies.
  • Experienced in hospitality, operations, event planning, or ministry leadership.
  • Passionate about using their gifts to help people feel welcomed, known, and connected to Jesus through behind the scenes administration and planning
