About the team
Stripe's GTM Planning & Central Operations team partners with Sales Leadership, Finance, Product, Region Sales Strategy and Operations, and Data Engineering to build the operational processes, tools, policies, and data required to bring our GTM strategy to life. We bring expertise, rigorous thinking, and a user-first approach to problem-solving. We transform, improve, and support global Stripe business processes to drive critical initiatives and other cross-functional business priorities for the sales planning cycle.
What you'll do
Build and lead a team of FTE and outsourced Sales Operations experts to improve our customer data. You will partner with GTM leadership to understand gaps and address them through processes, policies, and workflows.
Responsibilities
  • Apply systems thinking and continuous improvement to the mechanisms owned by the team.
  • Develop a data quality roadmap to address various customer data challenges.
  • Align on prioritization with leadership, Data Engineering, and Systems teams.
  • Influence the implementation and enablement of systems and tools, working closely with internal systems teams.
  • Create an outsourcing strategy for always-on data cleanup.
  • Manage contractors as part of the outsourcing strategy to scale data quality initiatives, reporting, processes, and analytics.
  • Define and measure metrics for success.
  • Develop dashboards highlighting progress against the identified metrics.
  • Communicate progress to Stripe leadership and leverage their support to influence and unblock.
Who you are

Minimum requirements
  • Has 7+ years of sales, strategy, and operations experience in a high-tech growth environment or operational experience in management consulting.
  • Is able to own the problem, investigate its root causes, and ensure execution.
  • Can work across multiple stakeholders and elevate issues to leadership.
  • Has an enthusiastic "roll-up-your-sleeves" mentality and is willing to do IC work while leading.
  • Has strong analytical skills and a structured approach to solving unique business problems.
  • Works well with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, and rapidly changing environment.
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience managing outsourced services.
  • Proficiency in SQL and other advanced analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in BI visualization tools.
  • Prior experience at a growth-stage internet/software company.
  • Prior experience in the SaaS and/or payments industry.
