Salary: $85,000-$95,000 annually

Position Overview

The Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing and improving the organization's day-to-day operations. This role ensures that internal processes, systems, and teams are operating efficiently and consistently, while supporting leadership in executing strategic initiatives and driving operational excellence.

This is a full-time, in-person leadership role based in Lake Orion, Michigan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operational activities across departments to ensure efficiency and consistency
  • Develop, document, and improve operational processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Manage cross-functional teams and support department leaders in execution and accountability
