Job description

Rare Toyota opportunity! Join one of the Northwest’s most trusted names — Dick Hannah Dealerships — and one of the world’s most admired brands, Toyota.

At Dick Hannah Toyota in Longview, we’re searching for a business-minded operations leader to oversee our Parts and Service Departments. This is not your typical service manager role. It’s a chance to operate a full-scale business unit within one of the strongest dealership groups in the region.

We’re looking for a leader who thinks like a business owner. Someone who can build and execute strategic plans, manage P&L performance, optimize process flow, and lead a team to deliver world-class customer experiences and financial results. Minimum 2 years experience running a franchise dealership Parts and Service Department required.

What You’ll Do:

  • As our Parts and Service Director, you will lead and develop our Parts & Service teams (40+ employees) with a focus on accountability, customer experience, and operational excellence.
  • Manage financial performance through data-driven decisions, forecasting, expense control, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute business plans that align with dealership and manufacturer objectives.
  • Apply Lean principles and process improvement methods to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with senior leadership to drive initiatives in growth, productivity, and innovation.
  • Champion the Toyota brand and uphold the Dick Hannah reputation for integrity and excellence.

Who You Are:

You may come from automotive, logistics, retail operations, or another complex, customer-facing business. What matters most is your ability to lead a team, manage a business, and produce results.

You have:

  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing a P&L.
  • Proven leadership in driving performance and change.
  • A track record of process discipline, planning, and execution.
  • Experience in operations, logistics, service, or similar industries.
  • (Preferred) Automotive or dealership experience, particularly with Toyota.

Why This Role:

  • Rare opportunity: Both Toyota and Dick Hannah Dealership management roles are few and far between. This is your chance to lead at one of the most respected automotive brands in the world.
  • Exceptional brand strength: Dick Hannah Dealerships has been a trusted Northwest family-owned business for over 75 years, built on our “Believe in Nice” philosophy.
  • Compensation that matches the responsibility: $3,000 monthly salary plus 2.5% Gross Profit and 10% Net Profit. Annual compensation of $200,000 – $300,000, depending on experience and results.
  • Comprehensive benefits package: Dick Hannah Dealerships provides extensive health benefits starting the first of the month after 60 days of employment. Options include medical, dental, vision, Health Savings and Flexible Spending accounts, life insurance, and short- and long-term disability, alongside a robust 401(k) plan for retirement planning.
  • PTO and Paid Holidays: We prioritize work-life balance, offering industry-leading PTO. New full-time employees accrue 4 hours per pay period, totaling approximately 96 hours in the first year, with increases over time. We also offer 5 paid holidays per year subject to completion of the introductory period and other eligibility requirements as per company policy.

This is a career-defining leadership opportunity. Whether you’re an accomplished service director ready to elevate your business management skills, or a proven operator from another industry ready to bring your strategic acumen to a high-performing automotive environment.

Join us. Build something remarkable with Toyota and Dick Hannah.

At Dick Hannah Dealerships, our Core Values are summed up in four words: Family, Integrity, Respect and Purpose. We’re a family-run business that’s been around since 1949 but keep our focus on the future and innovation.
