Position Overview
Reporting to Operations Leadership, the Operations Coordinator supports the efficient execution of day-to-day business operations, facilities coordination, office services, and administrative processes. This role serves as a key point of coordination between internal teams, leadership, building management, vendors, and other external partners to ensure operational tasks, workplace needs, and business deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
Additionally, the position is responsible for tracking workflows, maintaining operational records, supporting contract and compliance-related activities, preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and assisting with onboarding and employee support needs.
Core Functions and Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure timely completion of tasks, projects, and deliverables
- Support facilities management functions, including space planning, vendor coordination, and workplace services
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams, leadership, and external partners (building management and vendors)
- Monitor and track operational workflows to drive efficiency and meet deadlines
- Prepare, analyze, and distribute reports to support operational performance and decision-making
- Schedule, coordinate, and document meetings, including agendas and follow-up actions
- Assist with onboarding processes, including scheduling and coordinating training for new hires
- Respond to employee inquiries and facility-related requests in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operations, contracts, and office services
- Support regulatory and compliance tracking to ensure timely completion of required activities
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED required
- 1+ years' experience in office operations, administrative coordination, facilities support, or business operations
- 1+ years' experience in customer service
- Previous experience in mortgage industry preferred
- Previous project management experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across departments and stakeholder groups
- Ability to successfully multi-task while working independently or within a group environment
- Proficiency with MS Office to include MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Compensation and Benefits
Hiring Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Compensation within this range may vary based on each candidate's job-related expertise, skills, and experience. Final offers are determined individually, reflecting the unique qualifications of each candidate.
