 GENERAL SUMMARY:


The Operations Coordinator reports directly to the Regional Director, Northern Nevada and performs support functions for NV Operations. The Operations Coordinator is responsible for the collection, transfer, maintenance, and organization of accurate and complete data related to company facilities, maintenance, transportation, and salvage operation activities so that it may be used to analyze operational efficiency and effectiveness. The Operations Coordinator screens, contacts and schedules interviews through Paylocity. Additionally, the Operations Coordinator is responsible for performing organizational administrative functions such as filing, routing correspondence, and organization of common office supplies. This position works cooperatively with all Goodwill Industries of Sacramento Valley and Northern Nevada, Inc. (Goodwill) staff and acts responsibly with confidential and proprietary information.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for scanning and electronic filing of Goodwill facilities documents including but not limited to licenses, correspondence, warranty information and testing results into asset management software (AMT) as requested. 

Responsible for processing salvage receipts and entering data into salvage spreadsheets.

Prepares, renews, and processes Purchase Orders for NV Operations and related services consistent with applicable deadlines. 

Effectively communicates with each store to maintain their employee staffing levels.

Effectively communicates with vendors and coworkers to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, and address complaints. 

Assists Regional Director with ordering, scheduling, vendor communications, etc. 

Routes and distributes daily incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries and emails to appropriate staff. 

Performs data entry and prepares typed materials as requested. 

Maintains knowledge of and ensures compliance with company policies, CARF standards, safety and security regulations.

Other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be at least 18 years of age

Excellent analytical skills and logical thinking to organize and evaluate workflow.

High level of attention to detail and thoroughness. 

Efficient time management.

Ability to manage multiple tasks.

Proficient digital literacy such as Microsoft Excel and Word applications. 

Ability to operate computer systems, internet, database software, scanner, printer, copier, fax machines, and email. 

Must provide proof of identification and eligibility to work in the United States of America.
