Job Title: Operations Support
Position Summary
The Operations Support Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to ensure efficient day-to-day business activities. This role coordinates processes, supports internal teams, and assists with data tracking, reporting, and communication across departments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support daily operational activities across departments
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation
  • Assist with scheduling, routing, or logistics coordination (as applicable)
  • Monitor workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners
  • Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
  • Assist with inventory tracking, order processing, or service coordination
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Support onboarding and training of new operational staff
  • Resolve operational issues and escalate when necessary
  • Document workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Additional duties assigned
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of administrative, operations, logistics, or coordination experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus
