Bilingual Apartment Assistant Manager
About Us:

Position Overview:
We're seeking a Bilingual Assistant Community Manager (Spanish & English required) for an immediate start. The ideal candidate will support daily property operations, assist residents, manage rent collection, and handle leasing and administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and post rent payments using Yardi or Onesite
  • Manage delinquent accounts and prepare late notices
  • Assist residents with questions and lease renewals
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and deposits
  • Support leasing activities and community operations
  • Serve as backup to the Community Manager as needed
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
  • 1-2 years of apartment property management experience
  • Strong customer service and administrative skills
  • Yardi or Onesite experience is required
