HR & Operations Assistant

Location: Woodland Hills, CA | Full-Time

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and professional HR & Operations Assistant to support our Human Resources and Operations teams. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working with people, managing details, and helping keep daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding, personnel files, and HR documentation.

Support benefits, PTO, attendance, timekeeping, and payroll-related tasks.

Assist employees with general HR questions and company policies.

Maintain confidential employee records.

Assist with employee scheduling, staffing, and coverage coordination.

Communicate with employees, supervisors, and management regarding schedules and operational needs.

Maintain operational reports, rosters, and records.

Assist with training, orientations, meetings, and special projects.

Support HR and Operations management with day-to-day administrative needs.

Qualifications

1โ€“3 years of HR, administrative, operations, or scheduling experience preferred.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.

Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Professional, dependable, and positive attitude.
