As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct individualized one-on-one video sessions with clients, assessing their mental health needs and monitoring ongoing progress.
• Utilize your clinical expertise to create tailored treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, employing solution-based therapeutic approaches.
• Encourage meaningful dialogue with clients about their emotions, experiences, and relational dynamics to foster self-awareness and personal growth.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Independent Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong computer literacy skills to effectively navigate digital therapy platforms and communication tools.

While not mandatory, candidates with the following attributes will be regarded favorably:

• Experience working with low-acuity mental health populations.
• Familiarity with teletherapy practices and tools.
