Wally’s Cashiers are part of our Guest Service Team, creating the friendly, welcoming experience our guests expect every time they visit. This role is responsible for helping guests at checkout, handling transactions accurately, and keeping the front of the store clean, organized, and running smoothly.

Our cashiers are often the last interaction a guest has before leaving, so we look for team members who are upbeat, attentive, and enjoy helping people. What You’ll Do at Wally’sDeliver Great Guest Service

Provide friendly, professional service to every guest while creating a welcoming and positive checkout experience.

Process Transactions

Accurately process purchases using the point-of-sale (POS) system, including cash, debit, credit, and other approved payment methods.

Maintain Accurate Cash Handling

Count and balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts while maintaining accuracy throughout transactions.

Assist Guests

Answer guest questions, assist with product locations, and help resolve concerns in a polite and professional manner. Escalate issues to the Guest Service Lead when needed.

Maintain Checkout Areas

Keep registers, counters, and surrounding areas clean, organized, and ready for guests throughout the shift.

Support Store Operations

Assist with light stocking, merchandise rotation, and pricing when needed to help keep the store well stocked and organized.

Follow Policies & Procedures

Follow all store procedures for transactions, refunds, exchanges, and age-restricted sales in accordance with company policies and state laws.
