Job description

We are looking to hire an Administrative Assistant! This individual must be a great communicator, have strong organizational skills, and carry the ability to multi-task, shifting priorities as needed. The Administrative Assistant will manage pass programs, manage the front desk reception, and be a welcoming face when people arrive to the building. The ideal candidate has both customer service experience and is proficient in Microsoft Office programs. If this sounds like the role for you, apply today!

Compensation Information: $20.64 per hour

Physical Requirement: Light; work activities involve handling loads up to 10kg; predominantly in an indoor setting.

This job position requires physical presence at the designated location.
