Suser Restaurant Group is comprised of Sparkies Kitchen & Bar, Stella's Table, and Union 212 Banquet Hall, located in the lakes area of Oakland County. We invite you to join our talented team that is committed to providing amazing food and service to our guests — whom we treat like family. 
The Role
The Front of House Manager reports to the General Manager and is responsible for enthusiastically leading and motivating the team to deliver the highest levels of guest service. This role manages the restaurant along side or in the absence of the General Manager and oversees the daily front of house operations, ensuring a seamless and memorable dining experience for every guest. 
Responsibilities 
  • Lead, coach, train, and develop the front of house team, creating an environment where enthusiastic people are recognized and rewarded for achieving both organizational and personal goals
  • Manage daily front of house operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service throughout every shift
  • Serve as acting manager in the absence of the General Manager, taking full responsibility for restaurant operations
  • Oversee all cash controls and enforce company policies and procedures
  • Ensure all safety and security procedures are followed within the restaurant
  • Maintain high standards of guest service, resolving any issues promptly and professionally
  • Monitor floor operations, assist staff as needed, and ensure proper table management and guest flow
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
  • Uphold and model company culture, values, and standards at all times

  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a restaurant or retail environment
  • Proven ability to train, guide, and lead a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work with a high degree of independence and discretion
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
