Brady Ware is a top 200 national CPA and advisory firm recognized for our team-oriented culture, entrepreneurial mindset, and commitment to professional growth. With offices in Atlanta, GA, Columbus and Dayton, OH, and Richmond, IN, we serve clients locally and nationwide, providing specialized audit, accounting, tax, and advisory services. 


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Operations Assistant to support our daily workflow and ensure seamless administrative and tax-related processes. This role involves general office administration, tax and audit support, and operational responsibilities using multiple software programs. 


Office Location: Alpharetta, GA
Core hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Overtime: Required during peak tax deadlines (March, April, September, October), including some Saturdays


Key Responsibilities (not all-inclusive)

  • Provide exceptional customer service by managing client communications via phone and email, greeting appointments, and maintaining positive public relations.
  • Organize and maintain office supplies, equipment, mail distribution, and client documentation storage.
  • Assist with assembling and electronically filing tax returns.
  • Process client invoices and assist with bank deposits.
  • Ensure data integrity across multiple systems for accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal team members to facilitate smooth operations and communication.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, events, and office lunches.


Requirements

  • Professional presence in dress, demeanor, and client interactions.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally as a key liaison between management, employees, and clients.
  • Willingness to cross-train on all administrative and operational responsibilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, with strong grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills.
  • Proven discretion and comfort handling confidential information.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and adaptability to shifting priorities.
