Job Description

This role has multiple levels, open to candidates with three years minimum experience in project management activities. The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience. Please note that the salary range provided corresponds to the lowest level of the position posted.

The Execution and Enablement (EE) team for U.S. Bank Operations is broadly responsible for designing and delivering on strategic initiatives that improve our efficiency and effectiveness - expenses, risk, customer and employee experience, operational / productivity / quality metrics. Our work ranges from identifyingand solving highly strategic complex problems within a few weeks to leading large multi-year projects with stakeholders across the bank.

As a member of the EE team, you will work in a highly collaborative fashion with a large cross section of stakeholders, partnersand other EE leaders and colleagues. You will become a trusted advisor to the EE leadership team and business partners across Operations. Reporting to a Portfolio Leader, you will manageand deliver strategic initiatives for U.S. Bank's Operations. These complex initiatives usually span business areas and stakeholders not only across Operations, but also across the bank.

As part of ateam of EE practitioners,you will:

- Help execute initiatives in support of U.S. Bank Operations' strategy

- Lead each initiative through ideation, scoping, funding (CapExand OpEx), execution, and benefit delivery

- Design, execute, and deliver on initiatives

- Utilize and propagate the EE standards for developing deliverables, managing projects, reporting progress,and managing risks and issues

- Create relevant reporting to fulfillstakeholder needs

- Provide governance for theinitiatives

- Develop trusted relationships with senior leaders, and key business partners

- Support financial managementof the initiatives

- Contribute thought leadership to the broader EE team on the industry, U.S. Bank businesses, banking financials, strong consulting practices, analytics, etc.

- Support shaping the vision, brand, strategy, and execution of the EE function itself

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Three to five years of experience in project management activities

Location expectations
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $70,890.00 - $83,400.00
