Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities, but are not limited to the following:

Electropolish /Passivation/Rust Remover (PR/MN)

  • Conduct prescribed tests on chemical processing solutions per standard work procedures on a regular basis to assure proper operating range.
  • Adjust or replace solutions to ensure compliance with requirements.
  • Measure and maintain bath concentrations and record data to ensure processing within predetermined parameters.
  • Sets up and operate system to perform finishing operation utilizing electropolish process to treat surfaces.
  • Assist with de-greasing and sonic cleaning of metallic and non-metallic parts.
  • Handle critical, expensive, and fragile machine components.
  • Perform routine maintenance on metal finishing equipment.
  • Interface with department supervisors, personnel and the maintenance department to ensure proper disposal of chemical wastes, in accordance with applicable requirements.

Wash and Pack(MN&PR)/Tube Cutting (PR)

  • Load the material into the machine
  • In-feeding and out-feeding of the Accu Cut Machine to manufacture parts as per the SOP
  • Performs a variety of production prep activities including component washing/packaging
  • Complete production documentation including cleaning tags, batch records, etc. per quality and cGMP requirements.

Provide training to employees on specific jobs as required

  • Provide generic training to employees

Special Projects

  • Assist in special projects as assigned by management.
