Location: Atlanta, Georgia (Onsite - 3-5 Days per Week)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Salaried (Exempt)
Position Overview
Xebia USA is seeking a professional-level Business Operations Analyst to support operational strategy execution, performance tracking, and cross-functional program coordination within the Atlanta office.
This role performs non-manual work directly related to the management and general business operations of the organization and requires the exercise of discretion and independent judgment on matters of operational significance, including program prioritization, process improvement recommendations, vendor coordination, and operational performance analysis.
The position partners with leadership across Delivery, Finance, Sales, Marketing, HR, and IT to support business efficiency, resource alignment, and operational reporting.
This role is fully onsite and requires daily collaboration with leadership and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Program Ownership
  • Coordinate and support execution of operational initiatives that impact delivery performance, workforce effectiveness, and business efficiency
  • Monitor operational workflows and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and service delivery outcomes
  • Maintain ownership of assigned operational programs, including tracking milestones, identifying risks, and proposing mitigation strategies
  • Partner with leadership to prioritize operational activities aligned with business objectives

Business Performance & Analytical Support
  • Develop and maintain operational dashboards and KPI tracking tools to support leadership decision-making
  • Analyze operational data trends and prepare structured reports summarizing performance insights
  • Assist in forecasting operational resource needs and identifying cost-efficiency opportunities
  • Support preparation of leadership presentations and operational reviews

Vendor & Resource Coordination
  • Coordinate vendor service performance and assist leadership with contract tracking and service issue resolution
  • Monitor vendor deliverables against business requirements and escalate performance concerns as needed
  • Support office operational resource planning to ensure an effective work environment

Cross-Functional Project Coordination
  • Support execution of cross-department initiatives involving Delivery Operations, HR programs, and business services
  • Track project timelines, dependencies, and operational impacts
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on operational priorities

Policy Interpretation & Process Improvement
  • Interpret and apply company operational policies and procedures to support program execution
  • Identify process gaps and propose structured solutions to improve operational consistency
  • Exercise independent judgment in addressing workflow challenges and recommending corrective actions

Decision-Making & Autonomy
This role requires the employee to:
  • Evaluate operational challenges and determine appropriate action plans
  • Recommend improvements to operational processes and reporting frameworks
  • Prioritize competing operational demands with limited supervision
  • Handle sensitive operational and business information with discretion

Organizational Impact
The Business Operations Coordinator directly supports the management and general business operations of Xebia USA, including:
  • Operational efficiency and program execution
  • Vendor coordination and resource utilization
  • Delivery operations performance tracking
  • Business reporting and strategic initiative support

The role is not primarily responsible for routine clerical or administrative support tasks.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Management, or related field preferred
  • 2-5 years of experience in operations coordination, business operations, or program support roles
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze operational data and support leadership decision-making
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment
  • Proficiency with reporting tools, spreadsheets, and collaboration platforms

Work Environment
  • onsite role based in Atlanta, Georgia 3-5 days a week
  • Regular interaction with leadership and cross-functional teams
  • May support internal operational initiatives outside standard hours when required
