We are seeking a curious, analytical, and highly motivated Insights Analyst to join our team and help drive meaningful business outcomes through data-driven insights.

In this role, you'll do more than build reports. You'll partner with leaders across the organization to solve complex business challenges, uncover opportunities, identify trends, and influence strategic decisions. The successful candidate will combine strong quantitative skills with business acumen, leveraging data visualization and storytelling techniques to translate complex information into clear, compelling narratives that inspire action.

What will you be doing?

  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable business insights that support strategic and operational decision making.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that enable leaders to make informed decisions quickly and effectively.
  • Translate complex data into clear, compelling stories and recommendations that drive business action and measurable results.
  • Partner with Operations, Data, and Technology teams to solve business challenges and deliver data-driven solutions.
  • Monitor key business and customer performance metrics, proactively identifying opportunities to improve outcomes, efficiency, and overall performance.
  • Present insights, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization with clarity and confidence.
  • Support strategic initiatives through analysis, problem solving, performance measurement, and data-driven decision making.
  • Identify and communicate opportunities that enhance customer experience, operational effectiveness, and business performance.
  • Demonstrate curiosity, critical thinking, and strategic thinking to uncover root causes, challenge assumptions, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and serve as a trusted partner in leveraging data to achieve business objectives.

What experience do you have?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • 0 to 3 years of experience in analytics, business analysis, consulting, finance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to work through complex business challenges.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
  • Experience with SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Ability to translate data into meaningful insights and actionable business recommendations.
  • Experience building dashboards, performance reporting, and data visualizations that support business decision making.
  • Exposure to financial services, fintech, operations, strategy, product analytics, or a similar business environment is considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis, experimentation, predictive analytics, AI-enabled tools, Python, R, or other analytical programming languages is considered an asset.

We offer a Flexible Work Program that provides you the ability to work three days onsite per week, from our Mississauga office.
