What You’ll Do 

We are hiring a Customer Operations Analyst to maximize our customers' results on our platform. Customer Operations Analyst sit within the Customer Success department and are the operations and analytics powerhouse that ensures our partners are getting the most out of our product. You’ll spend the day immersed in our software, managing every behind-the-scenes task for recruitment teams to build a positive customer experience and deliver top talent for them to hire. Your main focus will be serving our RippleMatch customers. 

Candidate Sourcing & Delivery

  • Own Candidate Delivery: Build and manage candidate pipelines for your accounts, making sure each role is set up to attract the right volume and mix of candidates.
  • Drive Engagement: Write and send candidate outreach, keeping an eye on performance so every role delivers results.

Data Monitoring & Reporting

  • Monitor Product Adoption: Closely monitor data on customer product adoption to ensure partners are getting the most out of our product suite.
  • Use Data to Drive Decisions: Comfortably utilize and examine our data to solve customer problems, analyze trends, and inform decision-making across your book of business.

Role Setup & Maintenance

  • Become a Platform Expert: Become an expert on the ins and outs of the RippleMatch platform, keeping roles and settings current as customer needs evolve.
  • Manage Projects: Manage projects that help push account-specific and Customer Success team objectives forward.

Candidate Communications & Pipeline Management

  • Support Customer Success: Collaborate with our Customer Success Managers to ensure we're providing strong ROI for our customers, and support ad hoc customer requests as they come up.
  • Solve Customer Problems: Help solve tricky customer issues with product-focused solutions, and relay feedback to advocate for customer and candidate product improvements.
  • Help Students Find Their Dream Jobs: Keep candidate pipelines accurate and moving, ultimately helping students land the roles they're looking for.
Who You Are
  • 0-3 years of experience in an analytical, operational, or customer-focused role (internships, academic projects, and relevant coursework count).
  • A data-driven problem solver who enjoys digging into information, identifying trends, and using insights to improve outcomes.
  • Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets); experience with SQL, analytics tools, or data visualization is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage complex workflows, maintain accurate data, and identify opportunities to improve processes.
  • A self-starter who takes ownership of projects, proactively identifies challenges, and follows through on solutions.
  • Curious about how technology, data, and recruiting come together to solve real business problems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and clearly communicate findings, recommendations, and updates.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve and processes are continuously improving.
  • Excited to become an expert in a SaaS platform and use data to help customers maximize the value they receive.
  • Experience with startups, SaaS, recruiting technology, analytics, project management, or operations is a plus.
