Job Description

Position Summary

The Data Analytics team is seeking a graduate intern to support reporting, data validation, documentation, and analytics initiatives. This internship is designed for a graduate student interested in business intelligence, data analysis, process improvement, and the application of AI in business settings. The intern will gain hands-on experience working with real business data and contributing to meaningful projects that support team decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with recurring reports, Power BI dashboard updates, and data refresh activities
  • Validate, organize, and clean data to support reporting accuracy and consistency
  • Perform data quality checks and identify data issues, anomalies, or trends
  • Support documentation of reporting processes, data definitions, and workflows
  • Contribute to ongoing business intelligence and analytics projects
  • Complete a defined data analysis project with guidance from the team
  • Support exploration and implementation of AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency, automate routine tasks, or enhance analytical capabilities
  • Prepare summaries, charts, and presentations for internal stakeholders
  • Assist with ad hoc requests and cross-functional coordination as needed

  • Familiarity with Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, Power Automate or similar tools preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with data accurately
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members
