Rennova Community Health, Inc. operates rural healthcare facilities in Tennessee. We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Administrative Assistant to support our management team and ensure smooth office operations. Position is located in Oneida, TN


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk and phone communications.
  • Handle data entry and maintain organized filing systems.
  • Assist with calendar management, appointments, and meetings.
  • Manage general email inbox and direct inquiries appropriately.
  • Support office operations, including inventory and supply management.
  • Prepare meeting materials, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist with community and marketing events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
