We are always looking for our next great Administrative Assistant!
Our Administrative Assistants perform duties that include:
  • - Following all company policies and procedures as outlined in the current Employee Handbook
  • - Performing research, record keeping, processing and maintenance functions regarding clerical assignments
  • - Performing word processing
  • - Composing routine correspondence from notes or oral instructions
  • - Maintaining logs, files, specialized information system data files and other record keeping systems used in connection with corporate office functions
  • - Performing various clerical office activities, such as opening, sorting and distributing mail, receiving and directing calls and visitors
  • - Providing administrative support in cash management, including routine banking procedures associated with the Company, receiving invoices, handling NSF check information, preparing periodic lists
  • - Providing information and preparing reports obtained from specific sources under appropriate conditions and presenting facts without interpretation
  • - Assisting with payroll processes and functions as directed
  • - Having knowledge of alphabetic and numeric filing, basic arithmetic, of office work procedures and practices, including the operation of commonly used office machines and word processing applications
  • - Carrying out oral and written instructions
  • - Communicating effectively orally and in writing
  • - Working collaboratively with other departments to solve problems
