Role Description The Administrative Assistant is a minimum of 32 hours a week, on-site role based in Hartsville, SC. This position supports daily office operations, including managing phone calls, greeting visitors, and responding to general inquiries. The Administrative Assistant will schedule meetings, maintain calendars, prepare documents, and assist with filing, data entry, and recordkeeping. The role also includes supporting executive staff with administrative tasks, organizing correspondence, and coordinating office supplies and equipment. The successful candidate will collaborate with staff and volunteers to ensure smooth office workflows and consistent, professional communication with community stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage office operations, documentation, and recordkeeping.
