In this role, you will serve as customer support contact, and an administrative assistant for internal operations. You will be responsible for managing incoming communication, assisting customers with concerns, and supporting daily office functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

Serve as the second point of contact for incoming calls and customer inquiries.
