Administrative Assistant Role:
Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative office support for multiple entities and foundations. This position is responsible for a wide range of administrative and support-related duties and requires someone who can work independently and professionally with little supervision.
Maintain office efficiency within a professional environment while supporting overall business operations.
Prepare documents as requested.
Prepare PowerPoint presentations, correspondence, agendas, and other written materials.
Set up, organize, and maintain files.
Copy and scan documents.
Prepare certified mail and coordinate courier deliveries.
Maintain calendars as needed.
Schedule and coordinate meetings.
Make travel arrangements as requested.
Assist with event coordination.
Prepare invoices and expense reports for payment.
Greet outside guests meeting with employees and management.
Forward voice messages and calls to the appropriate individuals.
Maintain inventories and other documents using Excel.
Establish and maintain vendor relationships.
Monitor and order office and kitchen supplies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
