We are seeking an Office Manager to join our small team. in a pleasant and professional working environment. In this role, you will coordinate all administrative duties and office procedures, ensuring the workplace operates smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include managing nearly all aspects of administrative functions and its coordination with the headquarters. The ideal candidate is highly organized , self-motivated, neat, problem solver, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to implement Standard Operating Procedures.

Responsibilities

Maintain calendar of appointments and meetings

Design the office layout with efficiency and organization in mind

Collaborate with human resources to create, update, and maintain office procedures

Maintain office equipment in good working order with the assistance of the IT department

Pay and record invoices

Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors and service providers

Accurately maintain general office budget

Qualifications

College degree is desired but not necessary

Previous and proven experience as an Office Manager or similar position preferred

Amy HR management experience is a plus but not necessary

Any experience working with the main AI platforms is a strong plus

Understanding of office equipment, systems, and procedures

Skilled in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook

Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
