Job Details Description

Essential Duties:

  • Create Standard Operating Procedures as needed.
  • Create flowcharts to define various processes as necessary.
  • Update and maintain the documentation of ISO forms and procedures.
  • Assist in performing internal ISO audits as required.
  • Perform internal quality system audits as required.
  • Assist in the gathering, documenting and recording of quality data.
  • Create various charts/graphs as necessary to assist in the analyzing of quality data and statistics.
  • Help to ensure all company and customers' required audits are performed and recorded as required.
  • Ensure that QC/ISO documentation is available, current and maintained as required.
  • Maintain a safe working environment and follow all policies and procedures regarding safety.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Shift: Mondayโ€“Friday 7:00am โ€“ 3:30pm with possible overtime and/or weekend work as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid US Driver's License
  • Obtain and maintain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC Badge) issued by the Department of Homeland Security
  • 1+ year of experience in Auto Port Processing Operations
  • Drive both automatic and straight shift vehicles.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to work with various computer programs such as Word, Excel, Access and Visio.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must have demonstrated commitment to safety.
  • Ability to effectively communicate, understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Must possess problem-solving abilities and be detail oriented.

Physical Working Attributes:

  • Work from inside office environment to being exposed to all outdoor elements including heat, cold, rain, insects and other conditions which may exist from time to time.
