$20.00 – $23.00 per hour | Full-Time | Monday-Friday 9:00AM-6:00PM Occasional Saturdays 8:00AM-2:00PM Location: Glendale, CA.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients, families, and visitors with a warm, professional attitude
  • Answer phones, emails, and assist with scheduling
  • Keep the front office organized, stocked, and running smoothly
  • Update and maintain electronic client records
  • Support administrative and clinical teams with daily operations
  • Occasionally assist with client sessions under supervision (paid training provided!)

Your Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bilingual (Preferred/Required)
  • 6+ months of administrative or customer service experience (preferred, not required)
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Positive attitude, great communication skills, and reliability
