Job description

We are seeking a hands-on and technically strong Manufacturing Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, lead the monthly close process, and deliver accurate and timely financial reporting. This role will partner closely with the General Manager, CFO, Controller, and Management to support business growth through scalable processes, financial insights, and operational discipline.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in operational accounting, experience in inventory-based environments (manufacturing preferred), and the ability to build and analyze consolidated financial statements in Excel sourced from an ERP system.
This position will report to the General Manager, CFO, and Controller
