Job description

We are seeking an Accounting Manager who will report directly to the Director of Finance and will be responsible for overseeing everyday accounting operations with a strong focus on Accounts Receivables. This person will manage the accounting staff and workflow, manager A/R and A/P, inventory & manufacturing accounting, government contract compliance, general accounting & reporting and system process improvement.

Duties:

ย Overseeย andย manageย allย A/Rย andย A/Pย functions,ย includingย generating,ย reviewing,ย and

distributingย customerย invoicesย inย aย timelyย manner.

ย Monitorย outstandingย receivablesย andย followย upย onย collectionsย toย ensureย prompt

payment.

ย Reviewย andย approveย APย transactions,ย ensuringย accurateย coding,ย properย authorization,

andย timelyย vendorย payments.

ย Manageย theย AR/APย workflowย withinย theย QADย ERPย system;ย batchย reviewย andย posting
