Job description

Who We Are
Verkada is transforming how organizations protect their people and places with an integrated, privacy-sensitive AI-powered platform that includes solutions for video security, access control, air quality sensors, alarms, intercoms, and visitor management.
We've got serious momentum in the market: more than 30,000 customers (including 100+ of the Fortune 500), a $5.8B valuation, more than $1 billion in annualized bookings, and backing from CapitalG, Sequoia Capital, General Catalyst, Felicis Ventures, Next47 and more. Physical AI is one of the most consequential technology shifts of our time, and Verkada is at the center of it.
You can look at all kinds of communities to see our platform's impact in the world. It's the retailer that uses our agentic AI to deter theft before it happens. The warehouse that uses AI-powered alerts to make sure its team is protected on the floor with proper PPE. The school that's alerted to a threat in real-time and triggers a lockdown in seconds, not minutes. We're rapidly scaling this impact: today, more than 2 million Verkada devices are deployed across 170+ countries.
About the Role
We are seeking a Global Operations Program Manager to drive execution of strategic supply chain initiatives and operational projects. This role manages multiple concurrent programs across international expansion, process improvement, and new market launches. The Global Operations Program Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, track project milestones, manage deliverables, and ensure successful execution of supply chain transformation initiatives that support Verkada's rapid global growth.
What You'll Do
  • Manage high-impact initiatives including distribution hub setups, reverse logistics buildouts, and software integrations
  • Drive logistics readiness, site visits, pilot shipments, and partner onboarding with 3PLs and brokers to establish seamless new global market fulfillment channels.
  • Partner with legal, finance, and regulatory bodies to secure necessary documentation, product certifications, and import/export compliance approvals prior to go-live.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks through data analysis, leading continuous improvement initiatives and implementing system integrations (e.g., SFDC, CampusShip) to increase efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships by standardizing onboarding checklists, facilitating system integration, and developing vendor-facing playbooks.
  • Establish SOPs & change management by owning comprehensive process documentation, playbooks, and training materials to guide cross-functional teams.
  • Track project KPIs, project performance, and budgets-proactively identifying blockers, managing risk mitigations, and presenting status dashboards to leadership.
What You Bring
  • 7+ years of project or program management experience, ideally in supply chain, logistics, or international operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, with deep familiarity in PM methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple complex, cross-functional projects simultaneously while navigating competing priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to create clear project documentation and deliver executive reporting.
  • Demonstrated analytical and data management abilities to track performance metrics, identify risks, and drive informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with customs clearance and international trade compliance processes
