Designated Manager Responsibilities:

  • Accountability to franchise owner with total oversight over the business 
  • Maintain positive relationships with community partners, clients, families, and caregivers - ecellent customer service

Designated Manager Requirements:

  • Experience – Three years supervisory or management experience - home care setting preferred
  • Education – Min. Associates degree - Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • Skills – Knowledge of healthcare operations, leadership skills, budgeting and financial management, exemplary customer service skills
  • Characteristics – This is an autonomous position, so we’re looking for individuals that are self-motivated and can provide outstanding leadership to the team.
