Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site rolebased in Des Moines, IA, responsible for overseeing daily office operations andsupporting efficient delivery of financial services. This position managesworkflows, scheduling, and administrative processes to ensure timely clientonboarding, documentation, and follow-up. The Operations Manager willcoordinate with financial advisors, maintain and improve operationalprocedures, and help ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met.Day-to-day tasks include managing the paperwork process: generating andprocessing paperwork, monitoring performance metrics, optimizing systems andtools, and contributing to process improvements that enhance client experienceand operational efficiency. Qualifications
