Corda Credit Union is hiring a Mortgage Operations Assistant to join our Cedar Rapids office. In this role, you will support our Operations Team by providing internal and external mortgage loan processing assistance and full compliance throughout every stage of the process.

As a Mortgage Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for various tasks related to first, second mortgage, home equity, and loan origination and servicing. This includes compliance analysis of mortgage loan files, processing and servicing mortgages, tracking of mortgage servicing areas, verbal and written communication with members, problem resolution, and research support. Attention to detail, strong critical thinking skills and the ability to multi-task are essential to this position.
