Senior Manager, Operational Excellence
Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Operational Excellence plays a critical leadership role in advancing operational maturity and organizational effectiveness across the Lennar Technology Group (LTG). This leader will drive enterprise-wide initiatives focused on continuous improvement, governance, process optimization, operational insights, and change management. Partnering closely with technology and business leaders, the role is responsible for enabling and scaling the LTG Operating Excellence Model across five core pillars:
  • Portfolio & Delivery Governance
  • Process Governance
  • Tools & Platforms
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Operational Insights

This position is ideal for a strategic and results-driven leader who thrives on transforming complex organizations, improving operational performance, and building a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute the LTG Continuous Improvement strategy and multi-year roadmap to enhance operational effectiveness and business outcomes.
  • Facilitate Kaizen events, process improvement workshops, and value stream mapping sessions to identify and implement sustainable improvements.
  • Partner with senior technology and business executives to define and advance operational excellence priorities across the organization.
  • Establish and standardize enterprise technology processes, governance frameworks, and best practices that drive consistency, quality, and scalability.
  • Develop, monitor, and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs), scorecards, dashboards, and executive-level reporting to drive informed decision-making.
  • Lead organizational change management initiatives, ensuring successful adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement through coaching, training, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement team.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, increase productivity, and enhance customer and employee experiences across LTG.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience leading Operational Excellence, Business Transformation, Continuous Improvement, Process Excellence, or related initiatives.
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience, including building, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, process improvement methodologies, and organizational change management.
  • Strong experience developing executive dashboards, metrics, governance frameworks, and operational reporting.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders across large, complex organizations.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt strongly preferred.
  • PMP certification preferred.
