Job description

You will be the Operations Excellence Engineer for the MFC LSS Organization. Our team is responsible for driving process improvement, increasing value delivery, and supporting strategic initiatives.


What You Will Be Doing


As the Operations Excellence Engineer you will be responsible for applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to solve complex, crossfunctional problems and to deploy to any business area to enhance processes.


Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



  • Embed within functional teams to assess, prioritize, and execute improvement opportunities.

  • Deploy to suppliers and sites to eliminate waste and drive sustainable solutions.

  • Apply Lean/Six Sigma tools such as 6S, Standard Work, Visual Management, FMEA, and Control Charts to identify root causes.

  • Define KPIs, track metrics, and deliver quantified results including cost savings and cycletime reductions.

  • Prepare executive briefings and dashboards that translate technical findings into strategic business language.
