Job Description Summary:

ModMed is hiring a Sales Excellence Lead to own the end-to-end health, readiness, and behavioral performance of our sales organization. In this high-impact role, you will build and maintain a centralized Sales Excellence Dashboard, diagnose operational bottlenecks, and translate data trends into actionable insights. Partnering closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams, you will lead monthly governance reviews, prioritize high-impact enablement initiatives, and drive continuous improvement across the revenue organization through enablement programs.

Your role

  • Build, maintain, and continuously improve a centralized Sales Excellence Dashboard covering six core pillars: sales process readiness, sales process effectiveness, sales onboarding, seller readiness, enablement priorities, and enablement execution.

  • Define and track key performance indicators and leading indicators across each pillar, such as ramp time, quota attainment by tenure, CRM hygiene, stage conversion rates, certification completion, and initiative delivery status.

  • Partner closely with Sales Operations, RevOps, and CRM administrators to ensure data accuracy, pipeline integrity, and unified reporting sources.

  • Analyze dashboard trends and segment findings by team, region, tenure, or role to identify root causes, process bottlenecks, and targeted intervention areas across the seller population.

  • Lead monthly Sales Excellence review meetings with sales leadership to present data insights, align on strategic priorities, and ensure accountability.

  • Facilitate data-driven prioritization of enablement programs based on business impact and track follow-through on action items across review cadences.

  • Partner with enablement, training, and onboarding teams to scope, resource, execute, and continuously refine seller readiness programs based on dashboard signals.

  • Track program rollout and execution status across enablement initiatives, actively flagging and mitigating risks to adoption, timelines, or performance goals.

Skills & requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Communication, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field (Master's/MBA preferred).

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, revenue enablement, or sales strategy roles.

  • Proven experience working within a B2B SaaS environment supporting a complex suite of solutions and various buying motions.

  • Prior experience in health-tech or the healthcare industry is strongly preferred.

  • Strong understanding of sales onboarding frameworks, sales methodologies, and seller enablement practices.

  • Advanced experience building, managing, and optimizing dashboards and reporting using tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar analytics platforms.

  • Proven ability to translate complex datasets into compelling narratives, actionable insights, and structured strategic execution plans.

  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional meetings, running executive review cadences, and influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.

  • Track record of scoping, managing, and successfully delivering cross-functional projects end-to-end.
