The Oaks Club | Osprey, Florida
$60,000–$65,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
The Oaks Club, one of Florida's premier private clubs, is seeking an enthusiastic and service-focused Service Excellence Manager to lead, coach, and develop our front-of-house team.
This salaried leadership role is ideal for a hospitality professional who is passionate about creating exceptional member experiences, developing employees, and fostering a culture of excellence. As a visible leader, you will help ensure our dining venues and club events consistently reflect the high standards and warm hospitality that define The Oaks Club.
What You'll Do
  • Lead, coach, and develop service staff through ongoing training and mentorship.
  • Ensure exceptional experiences for members and guests.
  • Maintain a visible presence in dining venues and club events.
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings and reinforce service standards.
  • Partner with culinary and event teams to deliver seamless service.
  • Promote a culture of hospitality, professionalism, and teamwork.
  • Lead by example and support operational excellence.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in a restaurant, private club, resort, or hospitality environment.
