This isn't a typical admin role: you'll work directly with our Senior Vice President, supporting workforce deployments across the country and helping execute projects that make a real impact.

What You'll Do

Coordinate travel, lodging, and logistics for consultants and project teams nationwide

Monitor and help manage executive email and communications

Prepare reports, presentations, and client-ready documents

Support proposal development and business growth initiatives

Track project details, expenses, and operational activities

Help improve processes, keep teams organized, and jump in wherever needed


We're Looking for Someone Who Is
