Night AuditorLocation: Farmers Branch, TX, 75234Skills: Efficient, Organized, Friendly

We are seeking a highly efficient and organized Night Auditor to join our team in Farmers Branch, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience with Opera Software and possess excellent organizational skills. It is not a must and we can train if needed.

Start Date: Mid April 2024
Responsibilities:
  • Perform all end-of-day accounting functions including posting daily room rates and room tax
  • Verify the accuracy of guest accounts by balancing departmental income
  • Run all computer reports necessary for the shift
  • Complete all paperwork and closing duties before leaving
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with Opera software
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
