Job description


A well-established, collaborative orthopedic group is seeking a full-time BC/BE Orthopedic Surgeon to join a thriving hospital-employed practice in a high-volume, patient-centered environment in western Kentucky with strong referral support and an experienced clinical team.
Position Highlights:
  • Immediate patient volume and established referral network
  • Hospital-employed position within a cohesive orthopedic team consisting of five physicians and five physician assistants
  • Physician will provide coverage across two clinical locations just minutes apart, supporting both outpatient and procedural care settings
  • Flexible "bread-and-butter" orthopedic practice
  • Access to a modern outpatient clinic and dedicated surgical/procedure and operating room time within a community hospital setting
  • Support from experienced physicians and advanced practice providers
  • Integrated electronic medical record system (EPIC) across inpatient and outpatient settings
  • Focus on efficient workflow, quality outcomes, and long-term practice growth
