Position Overview

The Audi Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional service experience by accurately diagnosing customer concerns, recommending maintenance and repair services, and ensuring clear communication throughout the repair process.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival
  • Listen to customer concerns and document them accurately on repair orders
  • Provide clear explanations of recommended services, repairs, timelines, and costs
  • Upsell maintenance and repair services based on Audi standards and vehicle needs
  • Communicate effectively with technicians regarding diagnostics and repair progress
  • Keep customers informed of vehicle status and obtain approvals as needed
  • Review completed work with customers and explain invoices at vehicle delivery
  • Ensure all repair orders are complete, accurate, and compliant with dealership and manufacturer standards
  • Maintain high CSI/CEI scores and uphold Audi brand expectations
  • Follow all dealership policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Qualifications

  • Previous Service Advisor experience preferred (luxury brand experience a plus)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Basic mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive service processes
  • Proficiency with dealership management systems (CDK experience preferred)
  • Valid California driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Physical & Schedule Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
  • Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs
  • Must be available to work scheduled shifts, including Saturdays
