Job description

Job Description: We are seeking an Onsite Supervisor to join our team! You will be responsible for providing warehouse floor support to the client that you will be working with. Also, you will be supervising the other temps in terms of production, staffing, answering questions, etc.

Responsibilities of the Onsite Supervisor:
Interact with client supervisors to ensure temps are performing at the level they need to be
Provide Job Center with communication as it relates to production and warehouse staffing matters
Provide leadership over temps in terms of attendance, productivity, and basic job duties.
Qualifications of the Onsite Supervisor:Ability to stand for long periods of time - duration of shift can be up to 10 hours.
Strong organizational skills
Ability to lead others and interact with a wide variety of people
