Kocourek Byrider is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Account Representative to support our CNAC financing program. In this role, you will help customers stay on track with their vehicle payments while contributing to the financial strength and stability of our organization.

Responsibilities for Customer Account Representative:
  • Contact customers with past-due accounts to arrange payment solutions
  • Review and reconcile customer accounts to resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare and send collection notices and correspondence
  • Document all customer interactions and payment arrangements accurately
  • Partner with customers to resolve billing or payment concerns
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address account-related inquiries
  • Follow up consistently to ensure payment commitments are met
  • Communicate potential risks or trends to management
  • Provide additional administrative support as needed
Requirements for Customer Account Representative:
  • Customer service background desired
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities independently

Hours for Customer Account Representative:
  • Full-time (40 hours)
  • 100% onsite
  • No Sundays
  • 5 day work week, Mon-Sat with a weekday off
  • Location hours: Monday - Friday 9-7, Sat 9-4
  • Shifts will vary
