Hotel Sales Coordinator – OnQ & Delphi Experience RequiredLocation: New York, NY – On-Site

We're hiring an experienced Hotel Sales Coordinator to support a busy hotel sales department. This is primarily an administrative position, so we're looking for someone organized, professional, and comfortable communicating with clients and hotel departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the hotel sales team
  • Communicate with clients and internal departments
  • Maintain information and assist with tasks in OnQ and Delphi
  • Manage emails, documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Assist with sales follow-up and daily department needs

Requirements:

  • OnQ (Hilton PMS) proficiency REQUIRED
  • Delphi proficiency REQUIRED
  • Hotel sales or Sales Coordinator experience preferred
  • Strong administrative and communication skills
  • Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Word
  • Good typing and computer skills
  • Basic Excel knowledge
  • Professional and organized
  • Must be local and able to work on-property

Candidates without OnQ and Delphi experience will not be considered.
