Extreme Tires-n-Accessories LLC is looking for a driven and creative Online Sales & Marketing specialist to join our team in Sunrise, FL! Summary 
The Online Sales & Marketing Specialist supports revenue growth by managing digital sales channels, promoting tire products and services, and driving customer engagement across online platforms. This role blends digital marketing expertise with automotive retail knowledge to increase visibility, online inquiries, and in‑store conversions. 
Key Responsibilities 
Digital Sales & Customer Engagement 
  • Manage online tire listings across the shop’s website, marketplaces, and social platforms.
  • Respond to online inquiries about tire brands, sizes, pricing, installation services, and promotions.
  • Convert online leads into appointments for tire installation, balancing, alignment, and related services.
  • Maintain accurate product availability, pricing, and service descriptions.
Digital Marketing & Promotion 
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns promoting tire sales, seasonal offers, and service packages.
  • Create content for social media, email newsletters, and online ads highlighting tire features, safety benefits, and shop expertise.
  • Optimize SEO to improve visibility for searches like “tire shop near me,” “best tires for SUVs,” or “tire installation Sunrise FL.”
  • Run paid ads (Google, Meta) targeting local drivers and fleet customers.
Analytics & Optimization 
  • Track online traffic, lead volume, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
  • Identify top‑selling tire brands and seasonal trends to adjust marketing strategies.
  • Monitor customer reviews and reputation platforms (Google, Yelp, Facebook) and respond professionally.
 Coordination & Merchandising 
  • Work with the shop manager to promote new inventory, clearance tires, and manufacturer rebates.
  • Update landing pages with tire specifications, warranties, and installation details.
  • Support online scheduling tools and ensure smooth customer booking experiences.
Required Skills & Qualifications 
  • Experience in digital marketing, online sales, or e‑commerce.
  • Familiarity with tire brands, sizing, and basic automotive service terminology (training can be provided).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple digital channels and prioritize incoming leads.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, social media platforms, and basic graphic tools (Canva, etc.).
  • Understanding of SEO and local search optimization.
Preferred Qualifications 
  • Experience in automotive retail, tire sales, or service shop environments.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems or online scheduling platforms.
  • Experience running local digital ad campaigns.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus in South Florida.
