• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group therapy sessions, helping clients to share experiences and build connections. Tailor interactions to foster mutual support and learning among participants.
• Individual Counseling: Deliver personalized therapeutic interventions, assessing clients’ needs and creating safe spaces for exploration of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Assist clients in developing practical coping strategies.
• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to design individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans, focusing on their unique circumstances and aspirations.
• Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess clients’ progress and outcomes through various feedback mechanisms and evaluation tools, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring cohesive treatment approaches and sharing insights on complex cases.
