Job description

Seventh Emergence is seeking an on-site Program Manager to oversee and lead an IT team at Ft Belvoir. The Program Manager will provide oversight across a broad spectrum of IT services including operations, sustainment and future innovations. The Program Manager will oversee our team in the management and support of the enterprise-level contract working closely with government customers to identify needs or opportunities for improvement. *This position is contingent upon contract award.*

Responsibilities
  • Act as the on-site manager providing technical guidance for directing and monitoring information and telecommunication systems operations.
  • Direct team in the management and support for enterprise-level services.
  • Work with government customers to identify needs or opportunities for improvement, plan and implement large scale projects with no impact on daily operations.
  • Provide oversight for a variety of tasks and activities that are broad in nature and are concerned with IT operations and support.
  • Provide quality assurance review and the evaluation of new and existing tools and technologies.
  • Provide assistance and oversight for all operations activities.
  • Responsible for all team personnel including interviewing, hiring, timekeeping, evaluations, mentoring, personnel corrective actions, and representing Seventh Emergence to the customer.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Years of Experience: Five (5+) years of experience as a Program Manager and lead IT Enterprise Management experience.
  • Ten (10+) years of progressive experience in information technology.
  • Education Level: BA/BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Active Secret required.
