Job description

Overview
At eimagine, we know that your best work happens when you live your best life and share your unique talents, so we do everything we can to be intentional in a remote enabled environment to make that possible. Recognized as a Best Places to Work since 2015, we are a team of humbly confident people who are proud of their craft, continuous learners, and have been known to cheer loudly for our teammates. For over 25 years we have been helping clients navigate technology and business change, while staying committed to delivering value & outcomes that enables their success.
Due to our growth, we are seeking a Program Manager who can work across our customers, delivery partners, and internal teams to lead a multi-program portfolio to successful outcomes. The Program Manager owns delivery outcomes, commercial health, partner performance, and the customer relationship across concurrent programs, holds the interlocks and dependencies between them, and brings engagement managers, workstream leads, and partner leads into one operating model. Are you ready to eimagine better and partner with our clients to create business value through IT solutions?
Description of Duties:
  • Run one integrated plan, RAID log, and status narrative across all three programs, extending the Executive Review, Steering Committee, and weekly status cadence to every program.
  • Hold the scope boundary between the control tower and the enterprise data workstream: own the interlock cadence, maintain the joint dependency register, and escalate data-layer readiness risk before it impacts a release date.
  • Act as the single AWS point of contact to customer sponsors, keeping sequencing and release commitments aligned across programs that compete for the same customer subject matter experts.
  • Bring engagement managers, workstream leads, and partner leads into one operating model with a shared release calendar, one change-control process, and one escalation path.
  • Own the control tower recovery: re-baseline the release plan, drive testing delays back to green, and hold the scope-completion date against the requirements baseline.
  • Enforce the blueprint-before-build model and lock requirements per release.
  • Drive live delivery blockers to closure with workstream leads and customer SMEs.
  • Run deliverable review and acceptance for partner-produced work, with AWS retaining architecture authority and acceptance regardless of who builds.
  • Stand up the third program: shape scope with the account team, drive the Work Order to execution, run Sales-to-Delivery and Launch Ready Planning, and build the governance stack before the first sprint.
  • Own EAC, burn, and margin across the portfolio, with weekly burn tracking as a condition of engagement health.
  • Manage ProServe Investment consumption and the amendment and milestone rhythm, raising change requests when assumptions shift.
  • Track the customer PO position and keep the invoicing cycle ahead of delivery.
  • Report as-sold against as-delivered margin under ProServe KPI tolerance, with variance and corrective action reported monthly.
  • Manage three partner firms delivering under AWS paper, keeping responsibilities separated and documented in a RACI with distinct Work Orders per firm.
  • Keep partner Work Order coverage ahead of the work so that no partner hours are incurred at risk.
  • Run partner performance reviews, hours reconciliation, and time-and-expense approval through PSA Communities.
  • Maintain the AWS technical-oversight posture that supports super-thin-prime delivery.
  • Carry OQR and Bar Raiser conditions into the engagement RAID and track them to closure.
  • Ensure adequate security and compliance staffing posture across the portfolio.
  • Own the Responsible AI path for the Generative AI workstream: keep RAIR approval current, hold the Project Charter gate, and validate training-data sources against the no-regulated-data declaration.
  • Enforce standing guardrails: customer data stays in customer environments, ingress is never opened to 0.0.0.0/0, IAM policies never use a wildcard allow, and S3 Block Public Access stays on.

Desired Skills & Experience
  • 10+ years leading cloud, data, or software consulting delivery, including 3+ years running a multi-project portfolio or a program of $10M+ with concurrent workstreams.
  • Demonstrated recovery experience: taking over a schedule- or margin-distressed program, re-baselining it, and landing it.
  • Multi-partner co-delivery governance, including subcontracted GSIs on prime paper, with responsibility separation, Work Order management, and deliverable acceptance.
  • Commercial fluency across T&M and fixed-fee: EAC and burn management, change control, amendments, investment tranches, and PO and invoicing mechanics.
  • Executive communication to VP level and above on both customer and partner sides, with disciplined written status and financial reporting.
  • Agile/SAFe delivery leadership at scale, including release planning, PI planning, and requirements management across dependent workstreams.
  • Working command of enterprise data delivery on AWS (pipelines, lakehouse and data-product patterns, and analytics), with enough architecture literacy to challenge design decisions.
  • Pharma, life sciences, or another regulated industry background, with supply chain or operations domain exposure, preferred.
  • Prior AWS ProServe delivery leadership, including OQR, Bar Raiser, S2D and LRP, SDMP, and PSA Communities, preferred.
  • Generative AI program governance experience, including Responsible AI review, use-case intake and prioritization, guardrails, and operating-model design, preferred.
  • PMP, PgMP, or SAFe Program Consultant certification preferred.

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in management, business or equivalent job-related experience.
