Job description

Bilingual Digital Marketing Specialist (Paid Media | US & LATAM)

Help companies grow across borders through data-driven digital marketing.

Ayuda a empresas a crecer en mercados internacionales mediante marketing digital basado en resultados.

We’re looking for a bilingual digital marketer who can execute high-performing PPC campaigns, conduct market-readiness audits, and other digital marketing initiatives to help clients expand into the U.S. and LATAM markets.

The Role

This isn’t just a campaign execution role. You’ll be the person clients rely on to drive real growth through PPC and digital marketing, especially as they expand between the U.S. and LATAM markets.

That means you’re not just launching campaigns. You’re understanding what success looks like, connecting the dots, and making sure the work we do actually moves the needle. You’ll be part execution specialist, part problem-solver, and part strategic partner.

You’ll also work across English- and Spanish-speaking markets. Clear, confident communication in both languages is essential.

What You’ll Own

Validate market opportunities

  • Analyze search demand, keyword trends, and audience behavior to assess market potential
  • Identify how buyers research, compare, and engage within the client’s industry
  • Deliver a data-backed audit outlining opportunities, risks, and recommended entry strategies

Drive performance

  • Build, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across search, display, and social
  • Continuously improve performance based on data, not guesswork
  • Test, iterate, and find what actually works

Turn data into action

  • Analyze campaign performance and identify what’s working (and what’s not)
  • Make clear, confident recommendations to improve results
  • Keep a close eye on KPIs like leads, revenue, and ROAS

Work directly with clients

  • Communicate performance, insights, and next steps clearly
  • Help clients understand why things are happening — not just what’s happening
  • Build trust by being reliable, proactive, and thoughtful

Contribute to strategy

  • Proactively bring ideas to the table. You don’t wait to be asked
  • Support campaign planning and help shape direction when needed
  • Think beyond individual campaigns to overall growth

What Success Looks Like

  • Campaigns improve consistently
  • Clients trust your recommendations and rely on your insight
  • You spot opportunities before they become problems
  • You’re not just executing - you’re helping drive decisions

Who You Are

You’ve spent a few years in PPC and know how to get things done, but you’re also ready to take more ownership.

  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience executing and optimizing PPC campaigns (Google Ads required)
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
  • Comfortable working directly with clients and explaining performance clearly
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Able to manage multiple campaigns and priorities without things slipping
  • Detail-oriented and accountable

You don’t need to know everything. But you should be:

  • Highly accountable: you take ownership of your work
  • Driven: you take initiative, push things forward, and don’t wait to be told what to do
  • Adaptable: you stay ahead in a fast-changing space
  • Detail-oriented: without losing sight of the bigger picture
  • Curious: you want to understand the why behind performance

It’s a Plus If You…

  • Have experience with international or multilingual campaigns
  • Have worked with LATAM markets
  • Understand basic SEO concepts
  • Have agency experience
